    Best Overall Glutamine Product?

If you had to pick just ONE glutamine product, what would be the best one for the best results?

Please pick a product and include the brand. Give your reasons. The best answers will be displayed on the main Bodybuilding.com site for millions of people to see!

(Note: This is not a discussion about how or when to take glutamine, if glutamine works, or why some glutamines do not work. Just list your absolute favorite glutamine product and give your detailed reason.)

I like Prolabs Pure Glutamine Powder, its helped minimize muscle loss during my recent cutting phase. I used to use AST glutamine but Prolab is like $10 cheaper and works the same.

Because of the fact that I have only used one glutamine product, I would have to say AST's micronized glutamine.

Well, I used NHF (canadian brand) glutamine. and It worked well.
I tried Moonherb (another local brand) and it worked well.
Then I tried Interactive Glutamine Stack, it worked I guess but it tastes like poo.
The only difference between glutamines is if they're peptides or pure L-Glutamine.
Pure L-Glutamine has no taste and is easily mixed with water and ready to take.
Glutamine peptide, comes from hydrolyzed wheat and it does not mix with water well.
whatever you do, make sure you mix it with something else not water, to take the taste away.

plus, when you take glutamine, you'll notice a decrease in your night sleep. However, you wake up fresh and ready which is good.

In general, I believe Glutamine does help in recovery.
And David said, "The Lord who delivered me from the paw of the lion and from the paw of the bear, He will deliver me from the hand of this Philistine." And Saul said to David, "Go, and may the Lord be with you." (1 Samuel 17:37)

Thus David prevailed over the Philistine with a sling and a stone, and he struck the Philistine and killed him; but there was no sword in David’s hand. (1 Samuel 17:50)

    I prefer Jarrow...

They make an excellent pharmaceutical grade glutamine powder that is of reasonable cost. I have had excellent results from everything I have purchased from this company.

    Dymatize micronized.

No chalky taste. I've tried others, and this brand is the smoothest mixing.

they claim several weeks. the new glutamine will be like moleculars and very cost effective. they will be putting out another glutimine product later which they claim will "revolutionize the indistry"

I've tried Dymatize (my brand!!) and AR Nutritions. AR Nutritions mixed damn well, tasteless, and just as good as Dymatizes'. Only factor is it's cheaper, so my bump goes to AR Nutrition.
