no, it's not true. glutimine is an amino acid. judging by your stats you don't need glutimine (unless you're cutting, but at 140 pounds i doubt you'd be doing so)

Agreed, I didn't get Dymatize, I got Ast, but it's still micronized creatine. Atleast now it won't feel like the creatine is in a lump in my stomach and taste sandy going down.

I've taken the TwinLab Glutamine Fuel Powder and the Beverly International L-Glutamine. I liked the Beverly brand MUCH better. It seemed to give me a hard pump if used before my workout. Like it really did do the growth hormone deal for me.

I'm ordering the EAS brand today.

    Post mixing with juice?

I usually use the GNC brand Glutamine, I've thought that was pretty good only bc i didnt use anything else, however i recently bought "Advantage RX", i wanted to know if that was good quality. Also, since its pure, i mix it with orange juice, is that ok to do?

I think that ICE or Glutacene are the best

Glutamine with BCAA is much better thn Glutamine alone. I like Glutacene and ICE, but think that ICE is the best value. You can get it at bodybuilding.com for a great price. It is made by xtreme formulations.

I recently went into a GNC store and the sales rep actually recommended Prolab over their own product!! I have never taken it so I will probably try the Prolab first.

I use Prolabs Glutamine powder. It seems to dissolve the best. I tried a cheaper brand called NITRO and it was terrible. It stunk like rotten eggs/hydrogen sulfide when mixed with water.

    Thumbs up Best Glutamine

The best glutamine product has been around for a few years but only available in the past to professional athletes. A company called Advanced Generation Pharmaceuticals (website www.advancedg.com) makes a killer vanilla flavored glutamine product. All of AGP's products are pharmaceutical grade and lab tested, both in their own manufacturing facilities and tested by an independent lab and certification COMES WITH THE PRODUCT 'YALL!
