Universal Glutamine.
It mixes well and does not have a after taste. Good stuff

Peptide Gluta
The German American Gluta Peptides is the best I've used....a bottle lasts forever (3 months) and I'm sore for way less time, like a day at most. It's instantized and mixes with pretty much every protein powder, creatine or even gatorade. Definitely keeping this product in the supplement cupboard.

NANO Glutamine
If you have not heard, the best Glutamine in the world is from Australia. Just ask the guys down there. There is a product from Advanced Sports Nutrition called NANO Glutamine. They are the aussie company who first introduced nano technology materials to the supplement world. Their glutamine is said to be so fine that it can dissolve into your skin. It is also said to be the purest and most refined glutamine also. Not like the stuff you get from china with all its heavy metals that most of the US supp companies use. Its not the cheapest stuff around, but hey, you get what you paid for.

EAS L-Glutamine. The best bang for your buck L-Glut supplement I have ever seen. 400 grams for less than $26. If you find another one that's cheaper with the same dosage or more, let me know. Maybe we can save money together.... seriously. I've tried looking at other brands but they're either lower in dosage or more expensive. I usually take 15 grams a day (5 x 3) mixed with Whey Protein Shake usually which is the optimal dosage for me.
