im using scivation xtend, i bought the grape flavor and it doesnt mix very well at all, when you shake it, foam forms at the top with all the little pill fragments floating on it, as well as floating around the water. the foam does die down after a while, but you still gotta shake it up to drink it, cause everythign settles at the bottom. its got a good taste too.
i use 4 scoops with about 20 oz water.
my workout buddy has the watermelon flavor, and his mixes fine with 5-6 scoops. i dunno if i got an old tub or what, but i did order another tub, this time the watermelon flavor.

I just started using it 4 days ago actually. I've never used a glutamine before, and I've only been lifting again seriously for the past 3 weeks so I may not be the best lab rat, but I guess I like it. I don't feel as sore anymore the following day so far.
A good example would be last night, I lifted for 45 minutes, then played basketball for 2 hours. When I got home from the gym, I could hardly make it up the stairs to my room and was sore for the rest of the night(about 5-6 hours), and today I'm fine. It may be a placebo, who knows.
I got it here: *EDIT*, that site is banned here I guess

which Glutamine
hey. i've been using Prolabs. it is affordable. plus Prolab has been around for a long time, and because of this, I feel that they are trustworthy. have any of you guys tried the other type of more expensive Creatine which is supposed to be much more effective. feel free to message me regarding this. thanks. Rob

I am 52 years old and have been heavy lifting, primarily Poliquin workouts, for 12 years @~4x per week. As you get older, you get more attuned to your recovery needs and I find the best way to recover, in fact re-build, immunize and sustain progress is through a matrix of complementary nutritional regimes.
As pharmaceutical Glutamine is the same among reputable brands I find the best Glutamine is when it is complemented by supporting minerals and amino acids. This is why I am recommedning Hammer Nutrition's Recoverite as the best "Glutamine". Originally intended for hard core long distance bicycle riders;try riding 300+ miles a week like I did prior to lifitng and you begin to keenly sense what works and what doesn't. If you need to recover I recommend Recoverite. (Recoverite contains 3000 mg of Glutamine)

please help!!!!
Hi .. I am female but hey I really like guys advice!!!.. I was taking hydroxy cut hardcore and noticed amazing fat burning results.. However I am 5ft 8 and have slender toned legs which I have been trying to gain muscle on.. taking the hydroxy was working with overall fat loss but my legs were not building and I wanted more "meat" lol.. so I stopped the hydroxy and got stuck into my protein and creatine..ahhhhhhhhhhhhh.. I was taking too much creatine (HSC micronised creatine) 2 scoops per day and guess what my tummy and hips are getting bigger (nooooo).. should I be using L-glutamine to keep the fat at bay?... I cant believe how quickly ive gained weight around the mid section... Can somebody suggest how I can have the medium of taking a muscle gainer and also keeping trim?... Dont just say diet because Im quite good with that... I really feel im am taking too much creatine.. hope to hear back... thanks, Sara
