i dont know if you guys now this or not but the owner of Metroflex gym Brian( home gym of Ronnie Coleman and many other great bodybuilders) is a born again christian. If you guys go to his web site metroflexgym.com he has his testimony on there in video format .its so cool.

I was asked by my mother when you are saved (john 3:16,3:3) does that mean you are automatically going to heaven.

I believe the life I left behind would have wasted my health and body, In Christ I have a new life and a drive to stay fit and the people I meet in the gym are the crowd I'd rather shoot the breeze with rather than someone on a bar stool. We need a story to tell about ourselves and how Christ changed our lives, my before & after pics are my start to my story.
