These are my Current pictures. 274lbs down from 300lbs .i did not take any before's untill this time. goal is 230lbs - 8% bodyfat. every two weeks i will update new pictures.

currently:
gym 5 times a week: 3 days lifting - 2 days swiming - 1-2hrs per session
steady diet 5-6 meals per day high pro / mod carbs / low fat
supps: creatine, whey protine, hydroxycut
and a little cocca butter for the streach marks!The perfect flow...
