    Mr Porky - Pork Crackles, eat whilst on keto??

    Hi all,

    I have just found a pack of pork crackles, not sure if there the same as scratchings or not, maybe similar.

    Anyway, i remember getting told these are one of the worst foods ever so was wondering if you think they are edible on keto. It would be amazing as a snack every couple of days it they were lol.

    Yup they'll work but it's not as good as the stuff you make yourself. Just get some pork rind from the supermarket or butchers and put it in a hot oven with some salt and oil on it. Awesome stuff.
