    So far I have noticed a decrease in stamina, especially at the gym.
    I am not nearly as hungry as normal.
    I have come down about 7 lbs. in body weight. so water, glycogen and some fat perhaps.
    Going to do my first carb up in 3 days.

    I'll check back in with this thread after a solid month.
    That is when I am going to get my BF tested again.

    Interested in seeing other peoples results.

    I haven't even pushed as hard as I could have. I've only been running a 500 or so calorie deficit a day. This has allowed me to maintain energy and not feel burnt out from dieting. With a larger cal. deficit, I'm sure I could have lost more.

    My first time through I lost 60 pounds in about 8 months. Then I bulked using non keto methods (never again).

    Now I am back on keto and dropped 15 pounds in a little over 2 months.

    I lost 40 pounds just doing keto (adkins) with minimal cardio excercise a few years ago
    but this time I am working out and doing ckd.
    I ended a bulk cycle in december 28th 07 and was up to 192 pounds
    I didnt want to lose all the muscle I had worked so hard for so I went on keto.
    today I am down to 181 pounds and as near as I can tell I haven't lost any muscle mass. I did lose a 4 pounds of water in the first 3 days, the rest has been fat
    I have had 1 carb up and the next on is coming up this weekend.
    My goal is to get to %10 bodyfat or lower and then next fall start another bulk

    Back in 2000 went from 275- 212 in a few months. Didn't do it right though. Basically for the first 10 weeks had no carbs at all, including fiber. Went back up to 245 then, the following summer back down to 220.


    Right now I'm down to 263 from 287, but not from Keto. Going to hit it hard and get to 240, 220, and hopefully 205 sometime.

    check that for a better idea of time vs progress

    although i figured out my estimated macro levels and got a general figure (roughly 1900cals when i first started) i wasnt terribly scientific about dieting. i kept portions small (got made fun of a little for eating 'kids size' meals)

    i figured if i trained hard enough that even if i went over maintenance that i would just be 'keto bulking' which to me is probably the best part about this diet. im still not quite where i want to be but all the hard work has certainly improved me mentally and physically
    it's as satisfying to me as cumming is,
    you know, having sex with a woman and cumming.
    so can you believe how much i am in heaven?
    i am like getting the feeling of cumming in the gym

    i prefer 45 min sessions

    im probably slightly under 5'8, i dunno if that would make a huge difference?

    my expensive taylor bodyfat scale says im around 8-9% but it seems to fluctuate so much i dont really know if its accurate.

    the handheld machines at the gym seem to think 7-8% but that seems waaay too low

    ive been guessing that im still around 12% or so... what would u guys estimate from pics?
