I'm 17yrs old, 5'9, and 205lbs. I wanna gain a lot of sold my mass. I wanted to kno if i should do my bodyparts twice a week or once a week. Like Day1 & 4-back,rear delts, bis, n forearms. Day2 & 5-legs n abs. Day3 & 6-chest,front & side delts, tris, n traps. OR. u kno like day1-shoulders,day2-legs,day3-back,day4-chest,day5-arms. Please tell me cuz i wanna do sumthin for huge size. thanks

do you realize you have about five threads, all saying the same thing, and not one of them has to do with sports?
