I was wondering if some one could help me with my question!
Ive been told that you should only work each muscle once a week! but i see other people working it every and others work it twice a week! Ive been told that for the best growth and development you should only work each muscle once a week! would if effect me if i was to work any muscle more then once a week?

I specifically train a muscle group once a week, but through compound movements I'm sure that certain groups are more work throughout the week. I fear overtraining.
Stop worrying so much about overtraining. Worry about undereating and under-resting. If it works keep it up. If it doesn't, get rid of it. Compound lifts rule. So does unprocessed food.
With milk at $5 a gallon how do some of you afford so many useless supps?
