For the Ironman I think you have to say either Darrem or DJ but the Arnold is going to be a toss-up. I'm going to the show and man I would hate to be the judge that has to decide that one. Most likely Dexter or Gustavo though.
I'm interested in how Derik Farnsworth looks in his pro debut.www.f4wonline.com - The Best ProWrestling Site on the Web

Ironman - Dennis James, Darrem Charles, David Henry.
Arnold - This is very hard as this is almost all the top competitors, and you never know what kind of condition they'll show up in. Il just take a guess at first, as i think my top 3 wouldnt even be close. I'll give this to Dexter Jackson, although i always think itd be nice if lee won.Reentering

I have to admit. The Arnold is SOLID and the Ironman will have a tough top 3. Seems like a great year of competitions.
Here is how I see the top 3 in both events
Ironman
(not in any particular order... this is how tough it is)
Dennis James
Darrem Charles
Troy Alves
Arnold
(not in any particular order either)
Gustavo Badell
Branch Warren
Dexter Jackson
I will probably get flamed and negged for this but I truly believe Cormier MAY get top 5 if he is extremely lucky!Goal- From 211- 155 (56 lbs) by July
