I didn't really measure anything out, but this is a definite good keto snack full of EFA's.
Ingredients
-------------
- 3 String Cheese Sticks (I used part skim mozzarella, but I'm pretty sure any other kind would work.)
- 1/2 cup or 1 cup of oil (I used olive)
- 1oz. flax seed meal
- Italian Seasoning, or just garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg
1) Cut the cheese sticks in half
2) Cover cheese sticks in beaten egg, and then roll around in the dry flax seed meal/seasoning mixture
3) Re-dip stick in egg
4) Re-dip in dry mixture
5) Place all sticks in heated oil and cook until crispy
Enjoy!
I'm sure for a dipping sauce maybe a low carb marinara (for those no longer in induction) or possibly a dipping oil for Italian breads would work (olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic). I had them by their selves and I loved them, so in all honesty they don't really need anything else.

it's as satisfying to me as cumming is,
you know, having sex with a woman and cumming.
so can you believe how much i am in heaven?
i am like getting the feeling of cumming in the gym
im getting the feeling of cumming at home,
im getting the feeling of cumming backstage
when i pump up,
when i pose out in front of 5000 people
i get the same feeling,
so im cumming day and night!

Wow, those were good.
Had a tomato sauce that had 11g of carbs 3fibre in 1/2 cup, probably only used about 3 tbsp so almost no sugar.
I made 130g of cheese worth.
Between the flax and the oil in the pan, how much fat would you estimate the oil and flax added?
130g of cheese was 20g of fat.
I aim for about 40g per meal. My guess would be close to that?

Damn these were awesome!!!! I dipped them in low carb Ketchup and blue cheese salad dressing, they would also be good in ranch dressing!

Man I literally just finished eating my 2nd batch of these, Im hooked! I used plastic bags to get the egg and flax on the cheese this time and it work MUCH better then bowls, less mess and even distribution of the flax equaling a good flax to cheese ratio!
