    How can you work the muscle between your bicep and your forearm?

    What exercise can is best, because that area seems really underdeveloped?

    brachialis lies under the biceps muscle....build it up for big beefy "biceps" - u can try hammer curls, they'll also hit the brachioradialis (forearm extensor) muscle yeah budday!!
