well, I got the 30 servings of xtend today but I also have a tub of BN BCAAs. the xtend is expensive but when I opened the bottle to smell the watermelon flavor, it was rather strong so my idea will be to get 2 scoops of xtend (which is one serving that has 7g of combined BCAAs) with 2 tablespoon of BN Bcaas ( 1 tablespoon of BCAAs is approximately 5.04g) so in all, I will be getting 17g of BCAAs pre cardio in which I'll burn 500 calories. Good plan?
btw, what's the buzz about sesamin and BCAA consumption? I heard taking sesamin precardio along with BCAAs does not work well.
Here's the thing though, I wake up, eat breakfast which is a protein shake and 2 bananas or a bowl of cereal (roughly in all 300 calories) then I'll wait some time for it to digest then hit the gym to train. After I train, I do cardio on some days. I train in the morning.
So my plan i guess is to take the sesamin with my breakfast, then go ahead and train. Right before I jump on cardio, I'll drink the 17g of BCAA, or should I split it half and half as half before I jump on and half at the half way mark?

thanks bros. Some say half an hour before jumping on the threadmill and others say right before? I assume half an hour before and then stop at half way to sip the rest.
is 17g too much for a 500calorie run split in two, meaning BCAA, 250caloies, BCAA then finish off the rest of the 250?
Mixing xtend and BN BCAAs an hour before? I use BB.com's shaker bottle and if I shake it rigoriously, how long would it take to dissolve somewhat satisfitable?
