    Dumbell Cleans

    Hi -

Looking for video or series of pictures illustrating Dumbell Cleans (cleans, hang cleans, etc.).

Was attempting them with 2 dumbbells and didn't really feel right, so I'm sure there's some form issues. Definitely different than barbell cleans.

    Any links/refs are much appreciated.

    Thanks!

Nobody does cleans or snatches with 2 dumbells. The point of using dumbells for these exercises is to do unilateral work.

Stumbled on this for "nobody" that UtahRx is referring to:

I was close in form, but had the db's around front a little bit, so had some rotation (that's what felt funny).

    Great movement.
