My distasteful stats:
Arms R 12" L 11.75" Chest 34"
56kg/123 pounds 1.65m/5'5''
19 y'old
Been bodybuilding since Nov 2002
Weight before bodybuilding: 48kg
Learnt everything from IGF-1 to ATP in 3months(and still learning!)
Grab the knowledge, but don't forget to apply it.

do you mean the deal expires or the creatine itself expires and goes bad in november because frankly I don't see how unopened creatine could expire. It is probably really bad creatine to begin with so perhaps you should not get it. Creatine is not that expensive anyway so just get it elsewhere.

The creatine is expiring this november.. its unopened.. costs ard SGD 38(US 19?) powder form in a medium tin
