Besides protein and mass-gainers (in addition)
What supplements have serious power without major sides?
I was looking at Halodrol Liquigels, but I read the label online...
Said "Do Not Take If You Are Under 21!"
So, if anyone has suggestions for something similar
Without major sides... for gains in strength and mass, fat loss, muscle toning
Help would be greatly appreciated!
Mainly I don't want to put anything into my body that's going to have major sides now or much later (steroids and so on...)
Also, I currently take protein, mass-gainers, creatine monohydrate, and a NOS.
Only thing that seems to be doing much is the protein / mass-gainers
I am a novice weight lifter in addition to hardcore swimming
I want to be cut and ripped, with lean muscle gain

as the post above me said, you are 140 so you should eat and lift your way up to at least 170-180 before thinking about trying stuff like halodrol, besides you are only 19 so you are far too young for these kind of supplements..
Maybe get yoursel a preworkout product like white flood, superpump 250 or NO shotgun and change your creatine Mono to some Size on but aside of that, focus on eating more and lifting heavy. Those are the best thing for gaining mass. Other supplements are there when you hit a plateau and want to get you some help but they are 1) unnecessary and 2)Even more unnecessary when you are only 140

i agree with the whole food thing. i was the same weight at ur age. i tried every supplement trying to find the magic steroid like results but its not out there.
make a shake (homemade weight gainer or bought weight gainer) take it PWO and have a meal pre bed. eating, training, and consistency is the only thing that works. dont be scared to put on some bf either.
