    Whey & Creatine Powder Question

When i go to take creatine or whey powder, instead of mixing it with water or anything, i just take a spoon and spoon it into my mouth then i drink water afterwards. My question is, would i get the same results as if i were to mix it with a liquid, or better results, or worse results???

Theoretically, you should get the same results, but add biology to this whole equation, and there is your answer.

As your whey is soluble in water,it would be taken up faster as water increases the rate of metabolism on the whole.Same goes for creatine, but I cannot be sure because creatine isn't soluble in water (as far as I know).
