    Is this enough

    Okay In the past month since my highschool football season has been done i have been working out after school 4 days a week( then do like my calfs neck and abs and Bull **** stuff on friday) I have got great gains for one month plus i am bulking and have gained apprx 18-20lbs( harcore diet for a teenager) I was doin Legs hard mondays , chest and rear delts tuesdays , cleans and upper traps, and light lower back on wend , and triceps and shoulders and upper back on thrus. I was working out for bout 1.5 hrs everyday with pretty hard but still slow pace.... Today though was the first day of my teams football work outs. Our strength coach wants everyone to gain mass for now but todays workout seemed pretty low key for me

    Close Grip:2x10(warm up)
    1x5 50%
    1x5 60%
    1x3 70%
    1x3 80%
    Push Press :3x8

    Nose busters: 3x10

    Bent Over rows 4x10

    He kept on gettin mad too that people were workin to fast and told us to leave atleast 2 min between each set , but most likly 4( before I use to take bout 1.5 min between each or 3 if going heavy on squat , bench , or clean)

    I am not sure what he is going to have us do on wend. or friday and said we r not alound to work out tues or thurs. so we dont over work .... I just dont think I will get same gains and wonder how u guys feel bout me going to another gym on tuesday and thursday to make up for stuff once I kno the full work out system

    I am almost 16 have been working out for 2-3 yrs ( first year wasnt serious)
    5'9 160 in season up to 180 already and goin to keep goin till 205 then expect to lose 10lbs in august during 2 adays
    My main lifts right now are apprx.

    Squat 345x3 ( yes I do go low enough, actually to low , just have always so thats how i have built strong legs)
    Bench 185x6 ( I need some work)
    Clean 175x6 ( I am not gonna start doin Olympc cleans until I get more mass because I need to get my traps up first)* so I dont drop much at all for now but when I start I will be able to do about 215 hopefully

    Lifting 3 days a week is fine. Does this guy make the routine for you? Or do you make your own?
