I really don't think arnold was.. He would shrink down when he wasn't competing. The way I see it, he had muscle memory, plus coming off probably gave his receptors great recovery time so when he did go back on, he really responded to the drugs and training. Someone needs to post the photo of him during his competition days where he is standing on the rocks and looking quite small.

And your basing your receptor / shrinking theory on what? Some pictures?

Arnold started using gear at 16, possibly earlier.. I really don't think he was doing little 3 months cycle of test / dbol whatever just around competition time in his 20's. Yes, he had fantastic genetics. Yes, he used steroids, a lot.

Are one of these pictures the one you're talking about? If so, he does indeed look smaller, but I think its because these are from around the time of the 1980 olympia. Maybe its just me, but I think he looked alot smaller at the 80 than the others.

Awesome pics, Arnold was very photogenic and had many different "looks" which is probably why he was cast in so many roles. It wasn't that he was a great actor, he just looked great on camera from all angles.
