Just lift for fun
My goal: Get beefy. Not to cut. Look big. For me, its about how much it looks like you could lift not actually lift.

Spot reduction means that you can't just lose fat from one part of your body. You need to lose it all over.
Reps please!

Both leg raises and reverse crunches a second-rate exercises.
Do dragon flags, L-seats, pikes, and side bends and you'll be set with a bulletproof stomache.lifting for 13 months

khronos, that might mean your abs are very weak/not developed. Try doing weighted crunches or using an ab machine at your gym maybe. Dunno if you're already doing that. I was always told in order to get large ab muscles to keep reps to 6-8 and weights high. just like in any other mass building exercise.

Yea, I just finally caught onto that. I was kinda misled, told that abs are the one group of muscles that its ok to go endurance on. I was doing 500 situps and barely getting any fatigue. I now weight myself 20 lbs and can barely do 2 sets of 25 :P. I think Im gonna put that down to 3 sets of 10 with more weight tho or something along those lines.

Ive got an bizare problem , well it could just be genetics but its my lower and middle abs that show much better than the top set ?
i thought it was people had problems getting the bottom ones to show ...I dont get why the top are not as great.
I already have low body fat ; otherwise the bottom 2 wouldnt be showing.
hmmmmmm I thikn it could just be how I was born ?
