    I love bagels. I eat one toasted whole wheat bagel for breakfast in the morning along with some meat and a piece of fruit like a banana as my pre-workout meal.

    I eat whole wheat bagels, wouldn't eat the white ones. Bagels sometimes get a bad name with anti-carb people it seems.
