there is a noticeable difference in strength (in squeezing out the last reps for the bar-bell curls) where its so much harder to get the left one up.. there is a noticeable size difference too that my right bicep is bigger.. what should i do about this? is it anything to worry about?
thanks

i used to have a big strength difference between my left and right. What I did:
Finished my set, rested a few seconds, then busted out a couple more with the lagging arm. I didn't change weights or anything, but as long as you only rest it for a few seconds you get a little bit of rest but you're still doin the curls with a pretty exhausted muscle to build its endurance. If you can curl the weight in the first place, then its not the strength in the muscle thats the problem, it's the endurance and development of it. Adding a couple extra sets or reps for that lagging arm will kick its ass up to where it needs to be.
