k im 16 years old and been working out for a year. my body has transformed but im a little worried now about my strength. i think my body seems stronger than it really is. for example, i only do 135 lbs on bench press for about 7 reps. so, im thinking about training for strength for a while. right now i use a 5 day split with 7-8 reps for each set. do you guys think i switch to strength reps? if so, what rep range should i use? 3-5?
