Still just want ever one to do the best they can and kick butt Some might be in it to win first place but I admire everyone that takes the time and will to better themselves. a couple of things, might be cool?, if you add your msn to bodyspace we could add each other, might be a easy way to learn more info about each other.
Another thing that could be kinda cool, we could have a soundtrack of somesorts, basically each member would select one song that pumps them up, in the end would be a group of hopefully awesome songs to workout too. what do you fellas think?

Sweet, looks like we have a international group!
Let's kick ass and win this!
What is everyones weekly workout look like?
Mine is to bike for about an hour everyday, then mix in some lifting every other day. Since I am just starting out, I want to take it easy with the lifting.Last edited by algorythm; 01-02-2008 at 07:36 AM.

Finish What You Start!
Hey Team E!
Just dropping by to congratulate you on joining. I've been helping MadSano set this up, after running the last contest. I'm not competing, but am a judge to select the people that will be voted on at the end. I've said this many times since the contest signup started, and I'll say it repeatedly over the next six months. Finish what you start. Everyone is jacked up right now and is really excited about this contest. In a few weeks or months, the excitement will fade for some and people will slowly fade away, for whatever reason. Just make sure that you are all committed to staying until the end. The only person you can worry about is yourself. Keep yourself in it and everyone else will be inspired by your tenacity. We want a high finish rate. That is where all of the contests on bb.com have failed, including the last one that I did. Only 13 of 61 people were left at the end. Make sure you are one of them.
Also, make sure and rep your mentors and MadSano often. They deserve it.
Good luck and stay motivated!
Have a good one.My Will Is Hot Molten Lava

Checking in!
Hey everyone! Just wanted to check in.
I am taking in around 2300 calories right now on Keto.
Started Keto about 2 weeks ago. Have done 1 carb up so far because of Xmas.
I am going to do the initial 2 week no carbs to get myself back into keto.
Breakfast: 4 Eggs 4 Small slices of Bacon - 411 Cals 30F/2C/30P
Snack - Turkey Brat, 1 Slice of Cheese, Almonds
Very excited. Can't wait to work out later!
My works outs consist of 3 sets of 10. I do everything 1 arm or leg at a time. I also do a lot on a stability ball.
Example:
Bench Press: Right Arm 10 times. No Rest. Left Arm 10 Times. Back and forth. Until I have done both arms 3 times. 30 Seconds rest until next excercise.
Chest Flyes: Same exact thing.
The work outs are very intense. I am dripping sweat by the time I am done. But thats how I should be feeling! This is not going to be easy. But my goal is reachable and plan on getting there!Last edited by CFree3344; 01-02-2008 at 09:22 AM.

Eaten so far today -
Tin of heinz baked beans
2 slices of toast
Tin of Tuna
About 80g (guess) when dry of cous cous
My philosophy is that I've stayed around 13% bf eatin meals and snacks. If I cut the snacks out and do cardio everytime I go to the gym then I should lose the weight well. Once I get down to about 8-10 I'll build some more muscle as well.
Today in the gym -
Back workout - was prettyy good. Did 5x5 workout today
Cardio - HIIT on bike, 14 mins.

Next meal today.
Just had 1 Burger with 1 Medium Zuchini and TBSP of Butter - 385Cals 29F/11C/22P
Then my next snack here at work in 2 hours or so is:
1 Packet of Tuna, 2TBSP Mayo, Broccoli, Almonds - 433Cals 32F/12C/31P
I was a little tired at lunch but after that meal im feeling good. Getting ready for my first workout of the new year.
Quick questions guys.
Today I am doing Chest,Shoulders,Tris. I have 3 Exercises of 3x10- unilateral with very little rest. And I have Core today. Planks,Leg Lifts,Side Planks and Bridge.
Would you suggest 20min of HIIT, 30 min HIIT or 30 Min of Lower Intensity? That that don't kill me.. can only make me stronger..

Can you drop Shoulders and hit them on another day? Then u can go that bit extra for chest and tri's. But rememeber, hit Shoulders about 3 days after you've done chest, so you've recovered as chest excercises uses a lot of the shouder muscles.
Go for 20mins mod-impact, but throw in a sprint or 2 if u feel like u can do it!

Well the only problem is I kinda have a set routine right now. The thing is I am not doing mass building right now. I am trying to get my heart rate up and keep it up.
Anything that uses a bench I opt to use a stability ball. So for bench my upper back and head are on the SB. Same with Tri's. When ever I have to put my knee and hand down on a bench I use a SB ball. It's all about heart rate for me right now.
Also, I was thinking of doing this 6 days a week. You think I should slow down to 4 or 5?That that don't kill me.. can only make me stronger..
