Check the logs, bro! It is pretty effective at maintaining strength levels (even increasing strength) while in a calorie deficit. I'd recommend it for bulking or cutting.

I used it on a cut. Very good at cutting bodyfat while maintaining, and actually increasing strength levels. I definitely recommend it!

I was thinking of using it while coming off a cut and being just at or a little below maintaince as well.
