I'm Curious what my bf is... i started like that (about 84kg):
and with a nutrition (40-40-20 2000-1900cals) and training plan (40min morning cardio on empty stomach almost everyday and 3 day weightlifting split) turned into (76kg):
Can you estimate the bodyfat of the photos? I want to get ripped, about 10% and then clean bulk. I know its tough but i'll fight that b*tchin' fat :P. Respect my Authoritah!
