not to be a dick and its not like your the first to make a post like this (far from it) but I think this thread would be alot better if you gave us some training info. Otherwise its just stroking your ego, your bench is impressive tell us how you got it.

Fantastic Lifts! That is a ton of weight for 165, very good job. Hopefully I'll be there when I am 17, but I am highly doubting it haha..Huge man, just huge lifts.

well..i wish i could..but everytime i feel like i'm getting somewhere as far as being up to par for a compitition..somethin goes wrong. right now i'm about 3 months in to having surgery on both hands, carpal tunnel. I got good motion and strangth back, but some killer scar tissue preventing me from holding any serious weights, its depressing to see my body degrade the way it does everytime something like this happens, but ya just gotta keep tryin.

i know how you feel this sport takes a toll on your body. through the last 2 years i have torn my quad, fractured my wrist, and going for a world record in the gym i seperated my shoulder 405 170lbs RAW 2 months before a big meet. Then a week before a slp meet in august i ended up with mono.
Just keep going there will always be set backs you just have to push through them and know your limits. Hope everything heels well and you can get back in and start pushing some weight!
