I know it may sound extreme, but I would like to do it without losing a lot of muscle mass. I figure cardio would help since I rarely do it so I just added that to my routine. Any advice? Just keep in mind that I don't have access to a gym. I have a stability ball and two 5 lb. weights. I run up and down my stairs for cardio and take walks sometimes. Since I live in Alaska I don't like to go out when it's too cold. I am going to get a gazelle edge in 2 weeks for cardio! That worked wonders for me before I moved.
What are BCAA's? I've cut my calories to about 1,500-1,700 now and it has already done some good even though I started only like 2 days ago, but the last week our family sort of ran low on food so I was forced to eat little. But yeah, what are BCAA's?
