I try to tell everyone about the genetics of D1a and NFL players all the time and get papooed.....oh well.

These guys are basically the cream of the American crop genetically for fast twitch potential and size....look at Ogden he was the worlds like #1 Junior thrower coming out of High school.....they are insane like a different population entirely.

I would normally agree...but he got that for 9 reps so that's in the rep range that's usually used for bb'ers so that was pretty impressive.

I don't care much for 1RMs though.

whoa it is. Man I'm not gonna lie, pretty much everyone I talk to is pretty sure New York is just trying to get as much free **** outa tailor made as possible. Was pulling for you man you seem like a good dude. (no hijack)

And that guy is intense. be interesting to see how he does in college. Will probably try to follow him cuz I'm kinda curious what that kind of strength when someone is 19 and just out of high school will translate in2 in the college/pro game if he makes it.

in high school i had 2 friends who squatted over 600 when they were 16 or 17...Not sure what one of them squats now, but the other of them I think squats around 650 and he's 17, maybe 18. Some people just have some incredible genetics.

yet you have your lifts, not your measurements in your sig, as well as your lifting goal (note again, it's weight as your goal, not measurement)
