For those of you who make wraps, what is the healthiest brand to pick up? My diet is in check, but sometimes I feel like having a sandwich or something, so I want to start making wraps as I like them better than bread. But, most of the wraps I see are very high in calories. Any suggestions?

Look for whole wheat or stone ground wheat. These will tend to be lower in fat and carbs plus don't have quite as many chemicals. Additionally, remember that the wraps don't have to be "burrito size." Look for the smaller tortillas; these can help with your bread fix and not give you as many calories. For example, here are the tortillas I eat:
La Rosito brand (8" tortillas)
110 calories per wrap
3 g fat
18 g carbs
6 g proteinLIFE IS TOO SHORT TO BE SMALL

I like this brand called "flat out bread." They have lower carb versions made w/whole wheat but I like the regular whole wheat w/flax. They also provide a ridiculous amount of fiber(something like 14g).
