2 scoops of Chocolate Whey Protein
1/2 tsp of baking powder
1 tbsp of Jell-o Sugar Free Chocolate Fudge pudding
1/3c of water
Mix all the ingredients together in a microwave safe bowl. Once the ingredients are blended and batter like you can add other things to it (nuts etc.). Once prepared, 60-75 seconds in the microwave. Itll rise in the microwave, making a nice sized brownie. Let it cool if youd like to add a sugar free topping.
Considering it as 1 serving...these values will vary a bit with your protein powder....

Thanks for posting this! I combined:
1 scoop ON's 100% Whey Double chocolate
1 Tbsp. SF chocolate pudding mix
1/4 tsp. Baking powder
Water
Microwaved it for one minute then flipped it onto a plate (don't mind my childish plate :P) and sprinkled a lil bit of splenda on top. YUM, props!
Also, you can mix a tiny bit of pudding mix and drizzle it over the top.

I made it without the SF Pudding, just
1 scoop ON extreme milk chocolate whey
1 teaspoon of baking powder
water
few drops vanila extract
and it came out surprisingly good... a bit dry though
second brownie I tried adding PB but it didn't help ... how can I make it more moist?
thanks for the recipe!!

i thought i was eating foam cushions LOL
i have some ideas
lets try 3 different things
1. put this in the oven for 15 mins instead of the microwave
2 if you want to leave in it in micro try adding 1/4 cup of egg beaters
3 if in micro instead of egg beaters, try 6ozs of yogurt or skim milk 1/3 cup
can any of yas try these out and see if they improve ?
