Hey guys im somewhat new to working out and i had a question for you more educated and knowledged then me.
Im working out every 2 days and was wondering if working out...
Chest/Tris-Monday
Biceps/shoulders-Wednesday
Then do chest and tris Friday and then bis and shoulders on sunday...
is this okay or should i go to the gym everyday so that every 2 days i do the exact same workout?
