    Newb: Workin out.

    Hey guys im somewhat new to working out and i had a question for you more educated and knowledged then me.

    Im working out every 2 days and was wondering if working out...

    Chest/Tris-Monday
    Biceps/shoulders-Wednesday
    Then do chest and tris Friday and then bis and shoulders on sunday...

    is this okay or should i go to the gym everyday so that every 2 days i do the exact same workout?

    would you then do chest/tris on tuesday...if so that is definately preferable to going everyday imo

    sun-2
    tuesday-1
    ....

    i also think its better going everyday.
