This exercise is done where you hold a barbell over your head, lying on a bench. You then to situps while holding the bar overhead.
Has anyone tried these? If so do you think they are a good ab exercise?

This reminds me. After I cut off about 30 lbs of fat and hadn't really gotten into lifting - you can imagine - I was thinner - I looked like I did now without the bulk underneath - small flat butt at the time - didn't FEEL thick..
well one night I was walking into school and some really ghetto guy goes "Damn girl, are ya'll that THICK around here?" and I thought I misheard him so I asked him to repeat himself and he says "Damn girl, are YA'LL THAT THICK AROUND HERE" and I stopped, thought about it and asked him if he felt it was a compliment and he goes HELL YEAH - and I sharply informed him that it wasn't and then I hurried into school - I cried. All that work and some ghetto asswhole was calling me thick.Height - almost 5'10"
