Here We Go Havoc/Epistane 6 week Log!!!!

I will Be running Havoc and Epistane for 6 weeks at 40mg a day,i might raise it to 50mg or 60mg,we will see how it goes and i will determine from there.I was going to run 2 bottles of havoc but someone wanted to buy a bottle for 60 bucks and i couldn't pass it up.I traded someone for the epistane,but thats who cares.So here's how it will look.

Week 1-6 2 havoc/2 epistane a day.Like i said i will probably raise the dose.I woke up took one havoc and a little while ago i took another one,i am about to start my workout.

I just bought a scale that will be here today,so i will post my weight and all information after my workout,i just wanted to set it up.

I am running activate xtreme and 6oxo for pct.I have nolva on hand in case any gyno symptoms appear.

I just started my Bold/Epi cycle on the 24th.

Well where do i start...

I only ended up taking 30mg yesterday because i broke out in hives from head to toe.I had hives all over my body but i felt great,not about the hives but just overall mood.I layed down and went to bed early woke up this morning with no hives.So i am going to give the havoc another chance and say it was not from the havoc,and allergies or something.I took a havoc this morning..no hives yet.

My workout yesterday was chest/back and i had a great day in the gym.

My starting weight is 192.7.

Supplements i will be using:Poseidon,orange triad,now omega 3,sizeon,green bulge,storm,purple wraath,xtend.All different kinds of protein.This is my first log so bare with me.If you have any questions,don't hesitate to ask..

Well it makes it very difficult to narrow down the problem when you taking 100 diffrent things. My first impressions would be that you have an allergy to something. I have the luxury of becoming allergic to high concentration of whey after taking it to much i think. I didnt notice it till i started 1-AD and so i thought thats what it was. I figured out it was the protein and i take soy now, dont know if this helps or not. Good luck

20mg 1 hour pre workout then 10 mg every 4 hours or 5 hours.

Today i took 2 epistane and 2 havoc for a total of 40mg and no sign of any hives,so all in all a great day.


Workout:Todays workout i did Plyometrics,for those of you who don't know what it is,its jump training,its a great cardio workout.I had a ton of energy.I had a nice pumps in my legs.I am experiencing hair loss already,if i give my hair a slight tug,i get little clumps in my hand.So i will have to watch that as my cycle progresses.I used 2 scoops of cycle support today,got a ton of protein in and that about it.This week i am going to leave the dose at 40mg and i will probably up it too 50mg next week.I have been in a great mood the last 2 days,more so then usual,so it's definitely from the havoc/epistane.I will report back 2morrow.

If you have anything to add,a question,like i said before..don't hesitate

Edit:Every week i will weigh myself and post the weight here,if i start weighing myself everyday, i will go crazy.

im on the first week of havoc at 20mg and its drying me out a ton its hard to keep hydrated cant imagine 40mg! the highest i'm going is 30mg ;-)

I have been really dehydrated all day so far,no matter how much liquid i drink, i still can kick this dried out feeling.I will post everything that happened today,later tonight.
