Salsa, reduced sodium tomato sauce, reduced sodium soy sauce, steak sauce, heaps of herbs and spices helps too.

A few fairly simple marinades, and a couple ways to prepare chicken breast which are fairly easy to do. I should compile a list sometime..

I think that you need to be very careful with sauces as some of them are loaded with Sugar and Salt. Personally, I like to use the Walden Farms Sugar & Caloria Free Sauces, specifically the hot and spicy Bar-B-Que sauce. I do have my doubts as to them being calorie free, but I am sure they are still very low cal. I also like to use No Sugar Ketchup/Catsup and Mustard.

As for seasonings which fall into the same category, I love all of the Mrs. Dash products. Emeril's Bam seasonings are good but some are high in salt. Generic Lemon Pepper works great on fish and chicken. Lawrey's makes some great chicken/poultry rubs that are not too high in salt.

Walden Farms Salad dressings also make good sauces. For instance I use their sugar/calorie fee honey mustard for chicken.
