First pics are from april of this year. Last pic is from today.
What happened was I had a bad accident with a motorcycle(from nearly 200km/h)but luckily only broke my left collarbone(u can see it in the last pic). Well it didn't heal well and I couldn't really workout so gradually I lost all interes.
Anyways I didn't know how bad I'd let things get untill I took this pic today and did a comparison. Looks like I'm back to square 1 and then some. **** happens, especially when u do stupid things with a motorcycle.

Yea dude that sucks, i know how it feels....
I had surgery one week and then for the next month, i lost 10lbs of muscle....
I had to work pretty hard to get it back again, but im back up to 150lbs again now and it feels great....
Dont worry man, you'll probably find that your body restores your lost muscle alittle easier than it did the first time!

It took me several wasted years to get as consistent as I am now. You'll make it back. Props to you for being brave enough to post that pic, and you should have plenty of motivation to regain your former size now, and advance even further in the future. Good luck.Last edited by aqua-beowulf; 11-10-2005 at 04:08 PM.

Was in the same boat after a bad shoulder injury 4 years ago. Didnt start training again until this year and am shocked at how fast I got back to where I was. I have surpassed where I was now so give your muscle memory a chance. Youll be farther than you were before in no time bro. Stay on track buddy.

Suck it up, shut up and put up. This shouldn't stop you, let this motivate you. Let this allow you to break past where you would have never gotten. Look at those pictures, look at yourself, realize that you don't wanna be like that and get fucking motivated. This isn't an obstacle this is a gift, use it wisely and you'll be back to where you where in no time. Same bull**** happend to me and my damn routine is nearly perfect and I have no flaws in my diet. Don't stop for no one, nothing, let this motivate you and in the end you'll be happy this happend.
Hope that helped :P

You look fine bro, don't worry.. You lost some weight, so you just have to bust you ass in the gym again to get back to where you were.. **** happens, you can either get over it and move on. Or sit at home and cry about it, which will only make things worse.. I was expecting you to look way smaller, but you look good.. So keep it up bro, this experince should make you both physically and mentally strong..
Peace

Speaking from experience, you should be able to gain that mass back QUICK as HELL as long as you eat.
I got in a car accident on July 12th, went from 168ish to 140ish (which is where I started)..needless to say I lost all of it I was like in high school again. I just started working out again and it came back within a month..seriously.

get back into it and it will come quicker, like has been said before.
btw, what bike you got or had, and please dont tell me that you have stopped riding.
i have just gotten over an injury from a bike crash, dislocated my ankle and it spun 180 degrees, stretched all the ligs and tendons in my calf on my right foot, couldnt walk on it for about a month.
good luck man, and train hard
