Of the 2 I would definately go for the X30 because you can use a free standing barbell whereas the sears is fixed / smith machine.
There are others out there. Do you have an Academy Sports and Outdoors nearby? I got my Powerhouse 6 for under 200 bux before tax! I would choose it over any of those benches you have listed.
