    How Much Longer Till I Can Do ABS?

    I am currently 6'1 and weigh 187, but I dont know my body fat, how much longer till I can start working on abs hard for a six-pack?

    Whats stopping me is even though I dont look fat, I still have a substantial amount of extra fat on my lower stomach area, not alot but enough to grab a handful of. And It's really bothering me.

    Just because you cant see your abs doesnt mean they're not there and not growing. Start training them now so when you do cut you'll be a few steps ahead from where you would of been if you didnt train them.

    What I would have said. You just can't see them because it sounds like your bodyfat aint low enough. Once you lower your body fat, you'll be able to see them.

    This guy is right. You wont see any abs if you don't have low enough bf%. fat is on top of muscle, remember that.
