I had tryed a few different kind of supplements over the years but nothing has been to outstanding. I was just wondering if there is a supplement out there that anyone reccomends that is really good and has really excellent gains.
, Thanks

Over the years??? What have you been taking before the age of 18? Don't think you've been taking a multi over the years! You are 18, the only shortcuts out there are roids. The best thing you have is time! You should research some articles for diet, supplementation, and workouts on this site. That is the best thing next to roids, research everything then apply it to your diet and everyday of life. If I was curious about my diet and strength training at 18 and with my great genetics, I'd be competing at the Arnold by 29! In short, cycle creatine, adjust protein and carbs, and create and change your workouts often.

It's been said, but I'll say it again.
FOOD. FOOD. FOOD.
Don't think that aas are magic, without the FOOD, they'd be useless to you too."I have killed two people since midnight. I haven't slept in over 24 hours. So maybe you should be a little more afraid of me than you are now".

Again a lot of good clean food with a protein shake or shakes that also contain a lot of carbs. At 18 you will have a very fast metabolism and can afford the extra calories. As Coulaid suggested some fish oil and a flax oil such as Udo's Choice which can add a good amount of cals with just a few tablespoons.

there are some pretty good supplements out there, but none of them are gonna just put the muscle on for you. if there were such a thing...everyone would be walking around with 6 pack abs and 21 inch biceps. then there would be no need to work out, cuz we would all look the same. but...like everyone else said food is the biggest thing. i know u dont wanna hear it, i know i didn't when i first started...but it is the truth.
