CNP Pro Vital but then I have not tried that many vit & antioxidant supps. this one works for me.

OK so i got my Universal Animal Pak.
So many great reviews i figure why not...
I usually take my Multi in the morning. the ( will not bore you with everything I took) but depending on if it was cardio or heavy work out etc etc
I took the suppliment I felt was correct & at the correct time.
The package says eat all of it 30 min before my work out with my Pre workout meal...
Nothing the rest of the day????
Is that how you longtime believers in the product use it?

Can I ask why a lot of people here are trying to avoid multivitamins with iron in it? Iron deficiency leads to anemia.
Also I eat a bowl of Total cereal every morning, is a multivitamin supplement still necessary?

Yes, you take it all at once. For example, all 11 pills with breakfast. The tablets are designed for time-release, with different coatings. The goal is to have the right nutrients dissolving in the right places. Hope this helps.Originally Posted by New York
