For the third year in a row and for as long as BB.com had the awards, Animal Pak has won the "Best Multi of the Year" award (2005, 2006, and 2007). Thanks for your confidence and continued support.

OK so i got my Universal Animal Pak.
So many great reviews i figure why not...
I usually take my Multi in the morning. the ( will not bore you with everything I took) but depending on if it was cardio or heavy work out etc etc
I took the suppliment I felt was correct & at the correct time.
The package says eat all of it 30 min before my work out with my Pre workout meal...
Nothing the rest of the day????
Is that how you longtime believers in the product use it?

Maybe I did not ask the question right.
I take my suppliments timed to what I eat & what my activity is at that time.
So I might have a Post work out Creatine or a Pre work out Glutimine.
Or a Tea Extract during cardio etc etc ya get the idea.
With Animal Pac it is all at once all 11 pills & then nothing during the day at all??.
Since this is not the way I am used to taking my Suppliments I find it a little strange.
I have always been taught that timing of the correct suppliment is as important as taking it..
That is really the feed back i am trying to get.
Also Universal Rep Since I guess you work for the company
Can you tell me the reasoning behind taking all at once?
Thanks

Caring about how much fat is burned during cardio makes as much sense as caring about how much muscle is built during weight training.

Can I ask why a lot of people here are trying to avoid multivitamins with iron in it? Iron deficiency leads to anemia.
Also I eat a bowl of Total cereal every morning, is a multivitamin supplement still necessary?

Liquid Vitamin Plus by Utrition
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qCvE2_WrpI0
We knew the world would not be the same. A few people laughed, a few people cried. Most people were silent. I remembered the line from the Hindu scripture, the Bhagavad-Gita; Vishnu is trying to persuade the Prince that he should do his duty, and to impress him, takes on his multi-armed form and says, 'Now I am become Death, the destroyer of worlds.' I suppose we all thought that, one way or another
