Best Overall Multi-Vitamin Product?

My fav is Nature's Way Alive its packed full of essential vitamins and minerals plus tons of other great ingredients amino acids, green foods, etc.

i just looked this up because ive never heard of it.

Just ordered 180 pills of Opti-Men along with some ON Whey. My second ever purchase on this site, the first being some caffeine supplement a bit ago. Needless to say, I'm excited. Can't wait to see what some Optimum products will do for my system.

Wow, the Opti-Men has 18 fruit and vegetables in it. Does that count as 18 servings of fruit and veggies per day though? I don't eat enough vegetables, so this is good news. Quite impressive.

I just stick to Animal Pak. It seems to work great for me. I just confused about whether to take it once or twice a day. The package says twice a day. Some people have told me once a day is fine.

Does Controlled Labs have any supplement that I could take in the morning that would give me the vitamins I need and give me a focus/energy boost for the day? Something to help with work. I workout after work and need something to get me through the day before I can take White Flood.

You mean to tell me that the proper serving of three tablets a day which includes 18 different fruits and vegetables is equivalent in nutrition to only one piece of fruit or vegetable? I'm not looking for a "cheap way out" of eating healthy but seeing all those natural extracts there was def. one of the big reasons why I decided to purchase this product. Def. my first "serious" multi-vitamin purchase and I think I got a good one here.

For me it's OT. It's ALOT more then just a Vitamin. Plus you get alot of product. Which Controlled Labs is known for.. Great Product.. Great Price and LOTS of it. Can't loose there.

Per Tablet (as opposed to per serving) which Multi offers the most? One of the things I loved about the Opti-Men I got was that it only took three pills per day. I loved the Aminos and Botanicals and Fruits and Veggies that the Opti-Men gives me, but I still would love to know the answer to that question.

could have 100 fruit, doesnt matter how many, it matter show much. 240mg is probably less than 1 fruit equivalent, but you would need to see the orac value to be sure.

Animal Pak however we don't recommend Animal products for those under 18 that would be irresponsible.

In my opinion it's irresponsible (if you work for or represent a supplement company) to recommend supplements to those under 18. Most teens have not mastered the basics yet and should work on their diet and training. I realize that people will say it's just a multi but it opens the door to other supplements.

I agree, but i've mastered my training and diet FYI. But thanks for the concern anyways. I have tried Animal Pak before and would highly recomend it to anyone. The reason I am leaning towards OT is because it also has a joint support formula.

Everyday. Your body needs vitamins when it's recovering on your days off too.

I take Animal Pak everyday. On the days I train, I take it right after working out with my post workout meal. On the days I don't train, I take it whenever I feel like swallowing all those damn pills.

If I were to take half before and half after would that be ok? I mean for now I don't think swallowing all 11 in 1 sitting is going to be comfortable.

Ummm....I could be wrong, but I would guess as long as you were taking them all, you would be fine. They are still going to get into your system so I don't think you'd have a problem.
