oh yeah i read some where that taking 2 paks is recommended for intense body builders. but i wanna get lean muscle not too bulky and lose some fat. should i take 1 pack or 2?

2 packs a day will not cuase you to gain any bulk. It will give you some extra nutrients though and when you are dieting and on low energy 2 packs a day will help give you that extra boost.

Quick question regarding this meal business/timing of consumption... Advertisements I've seen and articles I've read have stated that the pack should be consumed half an hour after a meal, before you work out. Is there much difference in effectiveness depending on the timing of consumption?

We have found it better to take the product with a meal to better help with digestion. One pack a day with breakfast gets it done.

have you tried black hole by controlled labs? never tried it personally cause i dont have that problem but thats what its supposed to do i think.

Animal pak is a daily multivitamin loaded with vitamins and minerals. It covers all of the basics. It may increase you appetite, but to be honest bro supplements don't increase your appetite. I don't care what anyone says. It is more of a psychological thing over anything else. You have to train yourself to eat more. It all comes down to how bad you want it.

Honestly? It shouldn't. Animal M-Stak has this effect on people, but Pak is basically a lot of core nutrition that you need.

I will run this for 4 weeks. Bi-Weekly, I shall write a subjective review and compare my top 3 favorite Multi-Vitamins; Opti-Men, Animal Pak & Orange Triad.

I will then write a final review deciding WHICH multi I feel best suits me. i just picked up some animal pak off ebay. and i was wondering how come some of them have different labels. theres the one with the blackand yellow stripes. and theres the one with the primary yellow and the pictures of the pills on the front. is there a difference?
