    Treadmill and foot arch pain

    the one cardio workout i cant do is the treadmill. when i run on one my right foot arch starts hurting. its like a pulling pain that goes along the arch. anyone el;se have this problem?

    Often, a better, more broken in, higher-arched shoe will solve that, IMO. I'm not a doctor (but I play one on bb.com).
    Treadmills can also promote flat-feet running because the surface is predictable. Try bouncing up higher on your toes.
