Thanks for the nod Aaron.
My influences include:
Des - Taught me not settle for what X company says and does. Also, his results to this point are inspiring, definitely the result of properly dieting and training.
Ness - Taught me the importance of simplicity.
uhockey - Told me to STFU, GTFO and quit screwin' around!
jaim91 - Helped me get over ED.
PT - All around encouragement and advice.
Bloute - Taught me how to speak English.
Mr. Aries - Taught me how to spell.
Getbustered - Taught me the importance of assal horizontalogy.
Yeah.

i would like to thank a number of people and if I wasn't drugged up I could remember all of you. But everyone has taught me different things at different times and I thank you all. Though this place had its share of drama and negative people, it really is a great place to learn about the world of bodybuilding. So thank you all.

How come no avatar, handsome man? And where have you been lately? *puts hands on hips*
As for my list, the following homies have been a great help in GFH: thejuicedchase, vadim, bladen, everyone on the juice forum, pt, des, uhockey, steve (how's a brother doing after an operation!?!), Dr.P, NO_HYPE and lots of other people. I'm sorry if I forgot anyone. I guarantee you that I am amazingly grateful for the assistance everyone's offered. I'm pleased to say that I'm not a pinner bitch anymore, and people constantly approach me for training, diet and supplementation advice. Whenever I'm at a gym or health food store people always come up to me instead of the personal trainers or store associates. I love the looks on their faces!
If it weren't for the good bros on bb.com I'd still be megadosing glutamine, working out 7 days a week and giving biceps and triceps a dedicated day with nothing but isolation exercises. Snap!

tons of people on this board have helped me a lot, but the one who has helped me the most would be BoyscouT. He's helped me with a lot of stuff, more than just bb'ing too.
