    Looking for advice on Creatine

    I have been taking GEN-TEC Creatine 320 for sometime now with good results. I have just returned from holiday and had a period without taking it. I was interested in getting peoples opinion on some other creatine supplements or whether i should stick to my guns on this one?

    Iv'e heard CON-CRET micro dosing creatine is right up there?

    What do you think?

    I would just order some bulk creatine mono from here.
    I'm guessing supplements are pretty expensive in Australia, so no reason to pay more for something that will be no more effective than just straight mono.
    Dose at 5g a day for 30 days and then 5g on workout days.

    I personally stick with plain ol' monohydrate. It's cheaper than dirt and it works.

    I'd stick with the mono. If you wanna do HCL go with MuscleTech's Creacore, I damn sure wish I woulda seen when it was B1G2...
