Took it for like a month and a half. worked out hard as hell, didn't see any abnormal increase in gains. it's not worth the money IMO. anyone else try it?

99.9% of the opinions on this board are that hmb is just not worth the $$.

HMB has a muscle sparring effect kind of like glutamine. Contrary to what the adverts say, it is useless for bulking!

It is worthless for bulking, it may have some benefits while cutting. I may have lost a little less muscle when I used it years ago while cutting. It was definitely not worth the cost.
