    Tendon Insertions... and height...

    how much does this have an effect on your success as a powerlifter... also, I'm 5'10"... is this too tall to consider powerlifting??? squats are the lift im most interested in... is 5'10" too much to have a good squat?

    no, 5' 10 is not too tall to have a great squat... look a brent mikesell.. im pretty sure he's around 5'10 or so.

    No 5'10 is not to tall, kaz was 6'3" and was the greatest powerlifter for a long time.

    not really.... at meets you see people with very different bodies. and you could see a non-deadlift-gifted lifter out-dead a well gifted lifter.

    it's a matter of training and strengthening weak points
