Today I hit the gym for my bench day (I don't train westside.) Here is my workout. (I weighed in at 114 lbs.)
Barbell Incline press 100-7, 4 90- 6,5
Seated military press 65-6, 5, 5, 4 (weak i know)
Weighted bench dips 90-5,4,4,4,2
Standing military presses 65-5, 4
I was gonna finish with floor presses and regular benches but was just too plastered. I'll throw em in on an off day later this week. What you guys think?

****ing hell Ecto!Do you eat atall?lol, your lifts are damn good for someone of your size.I rekon you should try and improve your lifts a little and u can enter a powerlifting competition under 120 1bs cattegory, and i believe you will do quite well.Although I dont see how you can be eating any more than 2000 calories a day to be at your weight.
Squat 330 1bs
Deadlift 440 1bs
Benchpress 220 1bs
Bodyweight 158 1bsWorkout at home:
