Talking Check out the workout i had today

Today I hit the gym for my bench day (I don't train westside.) Here is my workout. (I weighed in at 114 lbs.)

    Barbell Incline press 100-7, 4 90- 6,5

    Seated military press 65-6, 5, 5, 4 (weak i know)

    Weighted bench dips 90-5,4,4,4,2

    Standing military presses 65-5, 4

I was gonna finish with floor presses and regular benches but was just too plastered. I'll throw em in on an off day later this week. What you guys think?
    Think you're skinny? Bull****. Try
    115lbs.@5'7"

    Bench-145lbs.
    Squat-220lbs.
    Deadlift-285lbs.

    Always trying to improve.....

How the heck?! How many calories are you eating?

Try easy sources of calories, like peanut butter, juices, whey powder, chicken, milk, bars, waffles, soup, etc.

****ing hell Ecto!Do you eat atall?lol, your lifts are damn good for someone of your size.I rekon you should try and improve your lifts a little and u can enter a powerlifting competition under 120 1bs cattegory, and i believe you will do quite well.Although I dont see how you can be eating any more than 2000 calories a day to be at your weight.

    Squat 330 1bs
    Deadlift 440 1bs
    Benchpress 220 1bs

    Bodyweight 158 1bs
    Workout at home:

    5"9 165 1bs
    Squat 350
    Bench 250
    Deadlift 330

That's it???!!! Well no wonder you're skinny. Try consuming a gallon of 1% milk a day on top of your normal diet. It's easy - drink a quart with breafast when you wake up, another at 10ish, another around 3 or before you work out, and the last around 10, after dinner. That'll bump up your calories to 3500-4000, where it should be if you want to gain weight. Btw, you need more cals to just maintain and do strength training, too.
