    Squat-Reached max of 165lbs. 10-15lb PR
    Deadlift- Reached max of 245lbs. 10-20lb PR
    TOTAL-RAW@ 111lbs BW.-550lbs

    That's definately good for your weight and age. Try and get to Class 2 or 1 and that's definately Great. You're not too far away. Keep it up. How long have you been lifting?

    i'd be surprised if i even rank maybe class 3 at best... althought i do know, that with my total now, i'd be elite at 132 for a woman..

    im aiming for 340 squat, 215 bench, 385 deadlift...

    im within 20 lbs for all the lifts.. i think.

    im using a single ply champion suit, and a single ply standard blast. about as simple as you can get.

    i want to open 300/185/350
    then go to 330/205 or 215/ 380
    and then go for broke with 350/ 225/ 405 (hah yeah right)

    i just made these up now, so i dunno if i'll stick to them.

    Looks good tho. I like the low bench opener. I was dog tired when deads came around - I opened low at 315 and treated it like a warmup (weight acclimation). Then 375 for a 10 lb PR - thought that would be my last lift. But I was surprised I had 385 in me, maybe more... My openers for next meet will prolly stay the same

    315/225/315 then
    375/245/395 10 lb dead PR hopefully
    415/255/405-415 all PRs

    I'm trying out my blast again on Fri so we'll see.

    im opening pretty low for bench... at my last meet i opened at 175... and i've tripled 185 raw.. and done 205 in a loose shirt.. i just hope 185 will touch in a tight shirt
